My journey into social media began by sharing my experiences as a graduate student in Sport Management at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and as a collegiate cross country and track athlete. By being authentic, adding humor, and staying on top of trends, I have grown my personal TikTok page to over 90,000 followers. I’m proud of the "RunTok" community I’ve built, where people connect, motivate each other, and share in the joy of running.
